Information Collection And Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

For location tracking, we have clear and transparent policies.

We don’t track the location of any teacher, parents, or students. We only track the location of the bus drivers that too while they are on their way to pick up or drop off the students.

Before installing the app, the user (driver) has an agreement with his/her employer that the school will track his location while they are on their way to pick up or drop off the students. Only such users can install the app, otherwise, there is no use for the app. Furthermore, it is completely the school’s discretion to enable or disable the location tracking for any user. Any such change is notified to the user immediately, and as mentioned below the user can see the tracking status continuously in the app.

After installing the app, it will fetch the location only during the working hours of the driver, and before fetching location the app will clearly show a popup indicating that his location will be tracked, only after the user confirms the location will be tracked. If any driver rejects this confirmation then his location will not be tracked.

The location of the driver will be tracked only when he clicks on the “START” button and the location tracking will be stopped when the user clicks on the “STOP” button.

Please note that the app can track the location of the user, in the background, even when the app is closed or not running. However, users can disable the location tracking anytime by logging out from the app or by clicking the “STOP” button.

The application will track the location for the following purpose:-

• For students’ safety.
• To let the parents know the location of their child while traveling in the school bus.

Special Note: The location is not tracked for all the users. Location is tracked only for the school bus drivers, where it is enabled by the system admin. This is as per your contract with the School Management as part of the agreement using the EZNEXT School ERP. Using the app means, you agree to these terms and conditions.

How to know your location is being tracked

On App – Whenever a user opens the app, a notification is displayed to the user that the user location is being tracked by the admin.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 28-06-2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
